Pressure Canning Class

During this 2 hour pressure canning class you will get a live demonstartion with an experienced canner, Dianna. She will talk about the differences between water baths and pressure canning and learn about what foods do best with each method. You will even leave with your very own pint size jar of deliciousness to take home! Come join others in learning how to preserve your food at this informative pressure canning class.

One of the missions of Ardani Farm is to make learning accessible. We want to make sure that knowledge which assists with food security is available to all. The suggested value of the class is $20 but you can pay what you can if you cannot afford that price. If you have the ability to provide more to help cover someone else's ticket that is wonderful too. We love to help serve the community with these educational classes.
